At a Wednesday press conference, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid promisedthat the bill would get a vote on the floor of the Senate, but it’s hard to imagine how he’ll pull that off. The Senate fell five votes short of killing a filibuster on the bill during the lame duck session in December and the Democrats now have a smaller majority than they did at the time.
