Eric Woolson has previously worked for the campaigns of Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty; former Iowa gubernatorial candidate Bob Vander Plaats; and U.S. Sen. Chuck Grassley(R-New Hartford).
“We have a strong, experienced organization in place that is equipped to build upon Michele Bachmann’s historic victory in the Republican Party of Iowa Straw Poll this summer,” said national campaign manager Keith Nahigian. “Eric is the perfect person to lead our team to victory on caucus day.”
Other top members of Bachmann’s Iowa operation include Wes Enos, the deputy state campaign manager; State Sen. Kent Sorenson(R-Indianola), the state chairman; and State Sen. Brad Zaun(R-Urbandale), the state state co-chairman.
