EPA Administrator Stephen Johnson is now taking the tack of pointing out the numerous flaws of the Clean Air Act. "There are too many intricacies in the Clean Air act," Johnson said. He recommended to Henry Waxman that Congress write legislation to change the Clean Air Act.
The legislation makes EPA regulate ozone standards and carbon emissions. Ugh.
