As I wrote earlier, Harry Reid (D-Nevada), the Senate majority leader, met with Sen. Joseph Lieberman (I-Conn.) today about whether Lieberman would stay in the Democratic caucus and, if so, whether he would keep his chairmanship of the Senate oversight committee.

Lieberman gave no indication about his future, telling reporters this afternoon that he will spend a “few days thinking about what Sen. Reid and I discussed.”
