There may not be a new National Intelligence Council chairman, but the communications shop at the Director of National Intelligence’s office got sorted out today. Wendy Morigi, who held the thankless job of being Sen. Jay Rockefeller’s (D-W. Va.) spokeswoman, is now DNI Dennis Blair’s director of public affairs. And check out the first-ever communications director:
Arthur H. House, a veteran communicator with extensive experience in the public and private sectors, will serve as the first Director of Communications for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, reporting to Director of National Intelligence Dennis C. Blair.
I have nothing really to add here except to note that this gentleman’s name is Art House. Thanks to reader MS for letting me steal her joke.
