I’ve obtained a number of the documents that one wing of the “birther” movement are using to organize “citizens’ grand juries,” including instructions for jurors and a list of the “evidence” they use. But first, I wanted to post the “presentments” that one jury came up with. This was some of the documentation that “birthers” passed around in Washington one month ago.
“Many of you are scared,” the organizers advise in a brief memo on how to file the documents, “but excited as you come to grips with the implications of the task in front of you.”
Presenters are urged to “BE POLITE” with the indictments of a man referred to as “Barack Obama, aka: Barack Obama, Jr., aka: Barack Hussein Obama, aka: Barry Soetoro; aka: Barry Obama; aka: Barack Obama, presumed President of the United States.” There are two counts, the first against Obama for not being “born of mother and father who were BOTH US Citizens” and being a “British citizen at birth.” The second is a count of treason based on a ranting letter from retired Lt. Commander Walter Fitzpatrick, III.
