Over the last couple of weeks, The Iowa Independent’s team has been tracking the state’s congressional delegation as they hold town hall meetings on health care reform around Iowa. On Saturday, reporter Lynda Waddington went to an event featuring Democratic Rep. Dave Loebsack.
Compared to some of the more hostile audiences that have made headlines recently, Loebsack’s town hall was relatively tame. Still, attendee Emma Nemecek drew cheers from the crowd when she held up this sign, a new spin on an old classic (after the jump):
