The House of Representatives has followed the Senate’s lead and passed an amendment banning ACORNfrom receiving federal funds. There aren’t many surprises on the list of “no” votes — that is, Democrats who defended ACORN. But one standout is Rep. Mike Capuano (D-Mass.),the six-term incumbent from the most liberal district in Massachusetts (Obama beat McCain there by 71 points), who is also running to replace the late Ted Kennedy in a January 2010 special election.
