Having spent a little time with Giuliani on the presidential campaign trail — and having profiled himwith zero access during that time — my gut reaction is that Giuliani’s done with electoral politics. He is a terrible campaigner outside of New York, bored and self-congratulatory; and who seriously thinks that, in 2012, the afterglow of his performance on 9/11 will be brighter than it was in 2008?
