Despite Sen. Lindsey Graham’s (R-S.C.) recent withdrawalfrom the climate legislation process, Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass.) is telling reportersthat the Environmental Protection Agency will soon begin analyzing the economic impact of the climate bill he and Graham helped craft.
