A Senate Democratic leadership aide says Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) is working with members of the Republican caucus and hopes to move a standalone billthis week, possibly Sen. Debbie Stabenow’s (D-Mich.) or possibly another provision — before the July 4 recess.
