The Des Moines Registerhas posted several video clips of what appears to be, at times, a tense interview with Sen. John McCain conducted yesterday by the newspaper’s editorial board. In one clip, McCain strongly rejects a questioner’s suggestion that Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin is too experienced for the vice presidency.
In the following clip, we see a glimpse of the infamous McCain temper.
When an interviewer asks about the veracity of some of the claims in his ads, McCain clearly has a hard time masking his contempt. Take a look.
When asked how he can restore trust in government without offering the public “100 percent, absolute truth,” McCain responds that he’s “always had 100 percent, absolute truth.”
