- Make sure you choose a password you'll remember.
- For your account, create a password.
- You should choose 3–20 characters for your username, which should include letters, numbers, (hyphens), underscores, and other symbols (period).
- You will not be able to alter your username later, so choose one that is professional and might be used on a resume.
- Create a username and an email address for your campus student account.
- To confirm your identification, provide your last name, date of birth, and home ZIP Code. Then press the Continue button.
- The Admissions Office should have sent you an email with your CWID (Campus-Wide ID) and PIN. Keep in mind that you may need to wait 24–48 hours before using your CWID and PIN to log in.
- Put your CWID and PIN in the boxes provided. After that, click "Sign In."
- Click "Create an account" under First-time students and applicants to create my campus account.
- Then select Student Portal from the drop-down menu.
- Go to the CSUF homepage in your browser.

Titan Online: This area provides access to all CSUF services. It also gives you access to information on your credentials, curriculum, financial assistance, and other topics.
Students Email: This service, which is powered by Google, allows you to quickly contact the school's accounts department and other authorised organisations for assistance with your credentials, financial aid, degree, and other issues. CSUF student portal uses student and parent portals as well as an on-site bulletin board to offer parents and children critical information about school activities, academic guidelines, and the community. To ensure that everyone gets the most up-to-date information, emails are distributed.
If your account is locked out, you'll get a text message on the phone number you provided when you signed up for account lockout alerts.
Simply reply to the text message with the phrase "unlock" to unlock by text.
