Sleep apnea, insomnia, night terrors, and sleep disorders are experienced by many people. Sleep apnea is a sleep condition that happens when you sleep when your breathing is disturbed. Those with untreated sleep apnea can while sleeping, stop breathing repeatedly. That means you can not get enough oxygen from the body and the brain. There are 2 sleep apnea types:

OSA (Obstructive Sleep Apnea)

This is caused by blockage of the airway when the back of the throat’s soft tissue collapses during sleep.

Central Sleep Apnea

The airway isn’t blocked but the brain doesn’t signal the muscles to breathe because of instability in the respiratory control center.
Sleep apnea may affect any person, regardless of age. Gastroesophageal reflux, having a family history of sleep apnea, large neck circumference, over 40 years of age, overweight, male, and nasal obstructions due to sinus issues, allergies, or a deviated septum are the risk factors.
Fortunately, there is an easy and natural way to enhance your sleep. Just plant any of the following plants in the bedroom and enjoy the feeling of relaxation and peace.

Snake Plant

This plant releases more oxygen overnight and it improves the quality of air and helps us to breathe easily.

Lavender

The plant’s relaxing properties can relieve stress and anxiety. It can also slow the heart rate and provide calm in the bedroom making it perfect for sleep and rest.

English Ivy

This is one of the easiest plants to grow. It enhances the quality of the air, absorbs the air toxins, releases oxygen, and helps to breathe. It also reduces airborne up to 94 percent.

Aloe Vera

This amazing plant provides a lot of oxygen during the night, which helps insomnia and provides calm and peace to fall asleep.
