Joe Biden Says “Not” Killing Unborn Babies Violates The Constitution

Joe Biden, the "dumbest" president in American history, believes that not murdering unborn infants is a violation of the US constitution.
Biden's remarks come after Texas approved "heartbeat" abortion legislation, which prohibits abortions if an unborn baby's heartbeat can be detected. The legislation essentially makes abortions beyond 6 weeks illegal in Texas, and anybody who "aids and abets" abortions after 6 weeks will face legal consequences.
After their abortion fixation was challenged, the ACLU complained, "The Supreme Court has not replied to our emergency plea to halt Texas' radical new 6-week abortion ban, SB8." "The legislation is currently in force. Millions of individuals have just lost access to virtually all forms of abortion. The consequences will be swift and severe. "

Pennsylvania Republicans Challenge States Vote-by-mail Law In Court

On Tuesday, 14 Republican state legislators filed a lawsuit contesting Pennsylvania's 2019 mail-in voting legislation, claiming it is illegal and must be repealed.
According to the Associated Press, existing legislation allows for "no-excuse" mail-in voting, which allows all citizens to vote by mail with or without a stated cause.
The Pennsylvania state constitution mandates that individuals with specified reasons for not voting in person, such as disabilities, illnesses, religious observances, or being out of town on business, be given the option to vote by mail.
Pennsylvania legislators approved the "no-excuse" vote-by-mail legislation in 2019, allowing all Pennsylvanians to vote by mail with or without an excuse.
Republican legislators, on the other hand, believe that the 2019 legislation is illegal since mail-in voting is only available to people who have a legitimate reason, such as medical or military service. The lawsuit was brought by 11 of the 14 Republican legislators who voted for the "no-excuse" vote-by-mail legislation two years ago.
The complaint was filed late Tuesday night in the state Commonwealth Court.
Joe Biden was declared the close victor in Pennsylvania for the 2020 presidential election, outnumbering Donald Trump by slightly over 80,000 votes a figure that has been disputed. 2.5 million Pennsylvanians voted by mail. The majority of them were Democrats, out of almost 7 million ballots cast in the election.

Jen Psaki Mocked For Being A Hypocrite Over Old Trump Tweet During Biden-Ghani Phone Call Scandal

Nothing ever goes away on the Internet, people forget. A government program will outlast a blunder you made years ago with a tweet.
Jen Psaki is about to discover this. President Joe Biden and Afghan President Ashraf Ghani spoke over the phone on July 23. She is providing cover for her boss. According to the transcript of the call, Biden said that the Taliban were rapidly taking over Afghanistan during the 14-minute conversation. Biden told Ghani that Afghanistan's "impression across the globe" is that "it's looking like a losing proposition," and that "there's a need, whether it's true or not, to present a different image." In other words, Biden instructed Ghani to fabricate information.
Psaki was pressed for additional information regarding the phone conversation during a White House news conference on Wednesday. “Well, I'm not going to go into private diplomatic discussions or leaked transcripts of phone calls,” the White House press secretary said in response to the query.
The really strange part is that, due to her background, she probably had no idea how hypocritical she was being.
Psaki then attempted to deflect attention by claiming that the "great majority" did not expect the Taliban to "take over the nation as fast as they did" or that the Afghan National Security Forces would "collapse as quickly as they did."
That, too, was a lie, since the transcript also shows Ghani telling Biden that intelligence assessments indicated 15,000 terrorists were on their way to Afghanistan to assist the Taliban.

Joe Biden Is A Shame And A Disgrace To This Nation Trump Said

Many years ago, when reading Barry Goldwater's book "Conscience of a Conservative," I realized that I was what became known as a Conservative.
It was then that I discovered that what was thought about individual liberty and minimal government intervention (limited government) in people's lives had a name. Politically, I knew I was a "Conservative." Since then, I've been extremely active in politics, supporting individuals from both parties, but mostly Republicans, since their views appear to be the most similar to mine, sometimes nearly precisely.
Now for the assertion, I mentioned in the first line. It's a remark I never imagined would come from me, yet I adore my country and feel strongly about it. JOE BIDEN IS A SHAME AND A DISGRACE TO THE FLAG OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND THE REPUBLIC FOR WHICH IT STANDS, in my opinion. He is intellectually unqualified to be president, not because he is a Democrat, but because he is a completely inept big-government Socialist.

We've also heard that Taliban thugs are robbing Americans of their passports.

The frightening audio of distant gunfire was given to Fox News by an Afghan guy who worked with Americans on the ground. "I can hear gunshots coming from all directions. I'm not sure how to get out of here, "In an audio recording captured around the time the last U.S. aircraft departed Kabul, an Afghan guy says.

Democrats Tuck Female Draft Into Defense Bill

After House Democrats changed the military budget, the Pentagon will have to begin drafting women in order to get money.
On Wednesday, Rep. Chrissy Houlahan (D-Pa.) introduced a bill that would compel all women above the age of 18 to register for selective service. Houlahan said that her strategy would best use the "talents of our whole country." According to an Ipsos survey, just one in three women favor adding women to the draft. The bill was slammed by Republicans. Rep. Vicky Hartzler (R., Mo. ), a member of the House Armed Services Committee, mocked the idea of putting millions of America's girls in harm's way.
"I have faith in the ladies of this nation to stand up and volunteer as required in an emergency," Hartzler added. "This seems to be a problem in need of a solution. We don't need to draft women to achieve gender equality in our country. "
Since 2004, female military membership has gradually risen, reaching 17% in 2018. Women are more likely than males to be commissioned as officers in the military. Rather than gender ideology, critics argue, conscription should concentrate on deploying the most effective combat force. The ruling may have a devastating impact on legislators who approved the bill, according to Terry Schilling, head of the American Principles Project, which led a campaign against it.
"When I say I don't want my daughters conscripted into the next military war," Schilling added, he believes he is speaking for millions of dads throughout the nation. "It's a horror to enlist them into the military and send them to the front lines."
Houlahan's bill succeeded 35-24, with five Republicans voting yes across party lines. Over the concerns of national security hawks, a similar bill cleared the Senate by a razor-thin majority. Sens. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) and Roger Wicker (R-Miss.) fought with Democrats over its inclusion in the yearly budget measure.
Cotton stated in July that "our military has embraced women for decades and is stronger as a result." "Daughters of America, on the other hand, should not be recruited without their choice. I voted against this amendment in committee, and I'll try to get it removed from the military bill before it passes. "
Wicker started in July, "I applaud our military's efforts to provide additional options for women who wish to volunteer to serve." "However, when I consider my own daughters and granddaughters, I could not support an amendment that would force them to serve in the military."
A Republican attempt to ban critical race theory from the House was likewise defeated by House Democrats. Hartzler, together with Reps. Jim Banks (R., Ind.) and Mark Green (R., Tenn.), proposed an amendment that would prohibit military colleges and instructors of enlisted soldiers from teaching the controversial doctrine.
"You can't accept falsehoods and a lack of integrity in law enforcement and the military," Schilling added. "The military's embrace of falsehoods like the critical race theory is extremely worrisome to me and millions of families throughout this nation."
